About Our Restaurant

The name Izumi means quiet water.  The flowing fountains behind our sushi bar provide a serene setting for our customers. 

We deliver the freshest seafood, carefully selected by our master chef.  Our fish is flown in fresh several times each week. 

Aside from delivering the highest quality traditional sushi, we offer a broad array of creative rolls, traditional Japanese dishes like tempura, teriyaki, and hibachi-recipe dinners (prepared in our kitchen to maintain the serenity of the dining experience.)

If variety is the spice of life, then we serve you with variety in our complete Thai menu.

We offer regular specials and events including our unique 'roll your own' sushi night.  You provide the recipe and we will make it.  You may win our content and have a chance to add your favorite to our menu - you pick the name.
